Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Return Policy

All items are final sale.   In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or dead, buyer must email two photos of the purchase in question, one in the original shipping bag under white light and one outside the bag in white light, within 2 hours of first delivery attempt to Senor Minty's.   Please keep the DOA products as we may send a prepaid shipping label and ask for the product to be sent back.  There will be no DOA guarantee on local pickup or frag swap products.    If you have DOA on a free shipping order, we may subtract our actual shipping costs per item for shipping from your credit.  No refunds will be issued for any DOA or shipping cost, only store credit is issued.  Customer agrees to not “charge back” with their credit card company or file disputes with any payment processor.  We will strive to come to an equitable solution.
